Adult Artistic Swimming (Masters)

This program is for adults interested in learning the fine art of Artistic Swimming or looking for exercise in a creative way. No experience is required. The coaches guide the participants through the required skill building steps to achieve more creative moves. A team routine will be created to perform in the Winter and Spring Water Shows, as well as a possible duet or solo routine. If you are looking for a fun water workout that will challenge you physically and mentally, this program is for you. 

NOTE: A minimum of 3 participants is necessary to run the program. 

Full Season: 

Thursdays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm, October 9, 2025 - May 7, 2026

There will be no classes December 25th, January 1st, or April 9th.

Cost: $630 + AAS/CAS Fee + $400 volunteer bond = $1030 total registration + AAS/CAS Fee

Fundraising/Volunteer Bond: $400 (included with registration fee).  $200 up front for raffle tickets, $100 for the fall session, and $100 for winter session. The fall and winter session bonds will be returned to you at the end of the year if fundraising requirements are completed. You must participate in at least 2 fundraising events for your bond to be returned.

Adult Artistic Swimming Clothing Requirements

• Club T-shirt (included with registration)
• Routine suit (as determined by coach)
• Goggles
• Nose clips
• Swim cap

Team Clothing Requirements:

Artistic swimming is a team sport and the GP Synquatics Club has required team clothing. Dressing uniformly instills a sense of unity and pride amongst the swimmers at both the recreational and competitive levels. When swimmers participate in club activities inside and outside of the pool, they represent the Grande Prairie Synquatics Club in all they do. We want the public to be able to identify the girls in their activities to help promote and applaud them.

A club t-shirt is included with your registration. A variety of clothing with our logo will also be available for you to purchase at the beginning of the season. The link will be posted on our website and Facebook pages.
